    As an end-of-life doula, I complement hospice by offering continuous non-medical companionship, emotional and spiritual support, collaboration with legacy projects, and a dedicated presence that goes beyond medical needs.

    I can sit vigil for hours, help facilitate difficult family conversations, create meaningful rituals, and provide the kind of unhurried attention that medical teams, even wonderful ones, often can't offer due to their caseloads.

    I welcome people of all faiths, spiritual practices, and secular worldviews.

    My work as an end-of-life doula is humanistic - holding space for anyone who would like to feel supported through this phase of their journey - regardless of beliefs. My role is to support your approach to death and dying, whatever that looks like.

    Whether you find meaning in a specific religious tradition, a personal spiritual practice, humanist values, or simply want compassionate practical support, I'm here to honor your beliefs and wishes.

  • Energy work has been practiced ancestrally for thousand of years, and it can mean different things to different people.

    I utilize practices such as breath, presence, and meditation to connect with the energy of the person I’m working with.

    Allowing myself to be guided by intuitive techniques and spiritual protectors, the work is focused on dissolving energetic blockages and inspiring harmonious flow - all working towards the well being of the person I am working with.

    Energy work can be performed in-person with or without a healing touch, and can also be offered virtually.

  • Energy work is complementary - it works alongside medical care, not instead of it.

    It supports relaxation, comfort, and emotional well-being. I never suggest stopping or changing medical treatments.

    Many hospice programs now recognize the value of complementary practices like Reiki, I'm happy to coordinate with your medical team.

  • I work with clients in homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, and hospice centers.

    While home deaths often allow for more personalized environments, I can help create peaceful, meaningful space wherever someone is.

    I can also support the transition home if that's desired and possible."

    Sometimes the dying person reaches out directly wanting support for their own journey.

    Often, family members contact me because they want help caring for a loved one, navigating decisions, or preparing themselves emotionally.

    I work with whoever needs support.

  • Absolutely, I encourage it.

    Part of my role is supporting and educating family members.

    I can teach you comfort techniques, help you understand what you're witnessing, and give you confidence in being present.

    I also offer respite - sitting with your loved one so you can rest, eat, or take a break - which is essential for sustaining your own energy through this time.

    I will advocate for family members not being present, is if it’s a part of the advanced care directives of the individual in the process of passing. My priority is always centered around respecting their wishes.

  • There's no such thing as the “right” time to contact an end-of-life doula.

    Some folks reach out when they receive a terminal diagnosis and want support with planning and preparation over a period of months.

    Others are at varying points in their journey and would like to start working on legacy projects for their families, or simply to leave their footprint on the world.

    Some contact me when someone is actively dying and the family needs immediate guidance.

    The ideal time is whenever you realize you want support - whether that's for advance planning, during illness, in the final weeks, or even in the last days. I can be helpful at any point in the journey.

  • Every situation is unique, so I discuss fees during our initial consultation based on what you need.

    I offer various arrangements - hourly rates, package pricing for ongoing support, and sliding scale options.

    I believe cost shouldn't be a barrier to dignified dying, and I'm committed to finding something that works for your situation. Initial consultations are always free.
